I'm just a 30 year old who got maybe just a TAD too hooked on wine & navigating my way over the bridge to Sobriety, whilst living in a booze-obsessed culture.
 
After 9 months of solid researching about how much Alcohol REALLY is the Devil (as if I didn't already know), I'm finally ready to throw in the towel for good!

I'm hoping to find out for myself what all the fuss is about and tracking my thoughts, experiences (past and present!) and learnings as I go. xx
